Our Centre-Based program is designed to provide the most enjoyable and engaging activities for our participants. Our program provides a wide range of activities such as our cooking program, arts and crafts, music and karaoke, excursions/community outings and SO much more! This is your opportunity to make friends, Learn New skills, connect with your community, achieve your goals and most importantly, have FUN!
Our Center Based Program operates from both our Geelong Hub and Hoppers Crossing Site.
We understand that transportation can be a barrier for some, which is why we offer transportation services to and from both sites.
Our experienced staff members are dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere at both sites, and our transportation services ensure that participants can easily access the programs and activities that interest them.
We offer breakfast and lunch everyday at no charge to our participants.

We understand that each individual has unique interests and abilities, so we offer a variety of activities every day to cater to different preferences. We encourage active participation and our calendar is full of activities that are chosen by our participants.
Our program runs from Monday-Saturday each week, including school holidays and public hoildays.
